Mission Snow Hut – a 3-hour winter adventure in the heart of the North!
Under the guidance of our experienced guides, you will learn how snow can be shaped, stacked and transformed into a warm and safe winter shelter. It is not just about building – but about understanding the secrets of snow, collaborating and feeling the mastery of creating something with your own hands.
This is an activity for young and old, and is perfect for families, groups of friends and adventurous travelers. Together we will create memories, laughter and a real winter atmosphere – and maybe a little surprise awaits inside the hut when it is finished.
Mission Snow Hut is more than a trip – it is an adventure. This is a snowshoeing trip that is suitable for all ages and even if you have never tried snowshoeing before, you will learn to master snowshoeing in no time.
The tour includes:
– Local guide
– Serving hot drinks and snacks
– Snowshoes, shovels, snow saw and other equipment that you need to master this task.
NB: We arrange the time for this special tour by appointment, and it is only during the day that this tour will be implemented. We recommend that you dress well, including warm winter shoes as well as a hat and mittens.
Price: Adult NOK 600 – Child NOK 400. Pay by card or cash at the meeting point.
Transport is not included, but we can help with reservations at Trysil Taxi if desired.

Nature experiences are never guaranteed.
Although we try to recommend some periods we cannot guarantee that you will experience what you have come for, for example northern lights, animals since our success rate depends on Nature.
We therefore ask you to make allowances for any changes from the tour itinerary. If we are unable to offer a certain service due to an unforeseen situation, you will be offered a similar service.
Outdoor activities are also weather dependent. If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, an alternative activity suitable for the current conditions will be provided. Please note that changes may occur at a short notice.
